Are all members background checked?
No. The current agreement says the company does not conduct criminal background checks, background checks, or other screening of all members or users. It reserves discretion to screen in some circumstances, but states no general obligation.

Does a financial badge prove wealth?
The agreement describes voluntary Millionaire Badge and Credit Level programs based on financial records supplied by the participating member. It also disclaims independent verification of the records’ accuracy or completeness and says the resulting badge or level is provided as-is.

Are interactions guaranteed safe?
No dating service can remove interaction risk. MillionaireMatch’s terms tell members to use caution and judgment, and they do not guarantee another member’s behavior, information, or suitability.
