The public FAQ currently says a free member can:
- create a profile;
- add up to 26 public photos and 26 private photos;
- search by country and state;
- send free winks;
- receive chat notifications for winks and messages;
- reply to messages sent by premium members.

Where payment begins
The service agreement says some, but not all, features are available without cost. It says certain paid features require a subscription and may also depend on service rules, feature availability, account status, product limitations, and any required verification process.
